    The tendrils contrasting with the broad flat colours combines the organic and the mechanic and you get something like vine-thought of the mechanic head.

      That’s exactly right. Now, consider the fact that the images of collisions captured at the Large Hadron Collider are very much the source of inspiration for the painting and one can draw conclusions about the macro/micro universe and how similar the processes are.
