Inuit Artifacts – Ulu

The most easily recognizable tool the Inuit ever made. It is multipurpose like many of their knives, but it is a primary eating utensil. The idea is to hold a piece of meat in your teeth and then cut off a bite-sized chunk with the ulu. The trick is to not cut off your nose, a lip, or your chin when you do.
