A fitting photograph to celebrate the personal glorious achievement of finding how to downsize a jpeg on my new iMac and post it on WP, plus the fact that, in a few hours, we in Canada will be celebrating National Aboriginal Day and Summer Solstice.

Happy, happy, joy, joy. ๐Ÿ˜€

I grew a patch of sweetgrass once. Combing the hair of our Mother into braids drying to gold in the shade. Now my heart lifts when I smell new mown grass with her little sister. It never leaves you….

Truly, and my house has scattered twists drying throughout. A twist I made 3 years ago still has an aroma that pervades the pantry. Also, cutting the little sisters that invade the lawn truly does smell wonderful and brings a smile to my face
